Shipping Instructions Within the US
When shipping trophies from within the U.S., make sure they have been prepared properly. For complete instructions on this, please call us at 715-344-4868 or email to:

Wrap them in a burlap or fiber bag as plastic bags can cause damage to hides.

Outside the US
When shipping trophies from outside the U.S., we recommend that you contact us prior to your hunt. We will provide you with laminated I.D. tags and locking ties. These are to be attached to the hide and horns of each of your trophies. This helps to lessen the chances of something getting lost or misplaced.
We will also provide you with shipping and packing instructions. There are things that can be done at this stage that can again help to eliminate problems as well as save you extra fees. In these instructions, we will provide the name and address of the company we use to clear shipments through Fish and Wildlife, Customs and USDA.
We will coordinate all of the shipping arrangements from the outfitter to our studio.
Our studio is a USDA approved establishment. This means we are licensed to receive restricted foreign shipments.
Shipping Your Finished Mounts
We ship our finished mounts throughout the US. At times, we use conventional means such as UPS and FedEx for smaller items and LTL trucking for most big game. More often than not, for our big game we use "Trophy Transport". They are a company that does "crateless shipping". They pack your mounts in their air ride trailer in such a way that it does not need crating. Using this option, there is no crating charge, there is no uncrating or crate disposal on your end and it is our opinion that this is the best option to get your trophy to you. It is similarly to slightly higher than the total price of crating plus LTL shipping.
